They were also fitted with roller bearings - smaller wheels and deeper upper deck panels. Chrome plating replaced the brass fittings. Photo Caption The fleet name on class F car no.15 reads Brighton Corporation Transport which was introduced in 1933. The slip-board reads 'to and from Palace Pier' - well they did, nearly! The scene is Old Steine.
