Extra Information This trolley bus overturned in Carden Hill on November 1st. 1950 having hit a pile of unlit builders sand. It was amongst the first batch to be withdrawn in 1957.It later, being the first trolley bus to go to Light's scrap yard, got stuck under the bridge in Lewes. All other trolley buses had to go via Newhaven. The bridge is no longer there.
