Photo Caption Tamplin's brewed a good drop of ale and W Haynes had a knack of catching trolley buses with their war-time black-out markings on the front mudguards. The bus in front of 39 is still in war-time livery and the stone sets forming part of the tramway infrastructure are to be sen in Old Steine. The rails have been removed and the gaps filled with concrete. Tom Canneaux collection.
