Extra Information This was disposed of at J.Light, Southerham Farm, Lewes. The last remaining hulks were disposed of during 1984/5.
Photo Caption A fine study of the complexities of trolley bus overhead has been made by D A Thompson of the LTPS at the Carden Avenue junction with Carden Hill. Prior to 1951 the 26 route terminated here and the buses did a u-turn to return to Old Steine. After August 12th. 1951 the 46 route continued along Carden Avenue, Braybon Avenue and Surrenden Road to Preston Drove and Beaconsfield Villas. Tom Canneaux collection.
