Extra Information Purchased from Brighton, Hove & District Omnibus Co. (fleet number 6220) in October 1938 for driver training duties it was requisitioned by the Royal Navy from 1940 until 1946. It was scrapped in April 1952.
Photo Caption Mervyn Stedman supplied this black & white photograph of A.E.C. 81 seen in Lewes Road depot in her all-over grey livery. She was known as the Grey Mare!
