It still fetched £53 when sold a year later. It later passed to Campbell (Dlr.), Brighton in August 1962 then to Willett (Dlr.). It was rescued and transferred to the West of England Transport Collection in August 1988. Sold to T Blackman, Halifax, in 2004 to supply parts for the restoration of 18 as Southdown 204. She was finally scrapped in September 2005 after the donation was complete. Photo Caption Seen approaching the Old Steine terminus of service 48 is former Southdown TD5 no. 19. This bus, having spent forty two years languishing in scrapyards is to donate parts to sister bus 18 aka Southdown 204.<br />
