Extra Information This was the first of the PD3's to be sold. Initially going to Union Jack Travel in Stratford but was seen in Spain with German registration plates in 1984. It was with Fenborough (Dlr.), Buxted in June 1987 and offered for sale on Internet as an ex-Suntrekkers bus in 2002 for 7,000. Latest news, via the SEC, is that it was with SSR Reisen (Suntrekkers), Zurich, Switzerland in September 1987 via Ensign (Dlr.) but at Ravenscroft, Alton, Hants. as ex-SSR in October 2002.
Photo Caption Seen at the Lyon's Corner termini of services 41/42 anti-clockwise in Old Steine at the corner of St. James's Street is PD3/4 no.31. It was unusual for these 'large' buses to be used on those fairly quiet routes.
