Extra Information Repainted into Brighton & Hove Metro Line 49 livery at Hampshire Body & Paint in July 1997 then to Burgess Hill Town Services livery in December 1998. To BH2 red/cream in March 2001 and repainted to BH3 red/cream livery in May 2005. Having caught fire on August 7th. 2007 this bus became the first of the ex-Brighton Buses SLF Darts to be withdrawn and scrapped by Ensign of Purfleet in late September 2007.
Photo Caption Having passed into Brighton & Hove's ownership in May 1997 SLF Dart no.214 is seen at Portslade Station in company with sister bus 213 which has already been repainted into the new corporate livery. Our feature bus has merely had B&H fleet names added.<br />
